-  Budget Analysis: Evaluate the client's budget and determine how it aligns with their renovation goals. Provide cost estimates for different aspects of the project, including materials, labor, permits, and any additional expenses.

-  Timeline Planning: Develop a realistic timeline for the renovation project, taking into account factors such as the scope of work, availability of materials and contractors, and any external factors that may impact the schedule.

-  Review and Approval: Present the scope of work to the client for review and approval. Discuss any potential modifications or revisions based on their feedback and finalize the scope before beginning the renovation.
